Cheesecake Throw-down

Award winning cheesecake cooked in a dutch oven for a 3-pot competition.

We’re having a cheesecake throw-down. It must be cooked in a dutch oven with charcoal and without the use of a springform pan or any other pan inside the oven. You can cook it at your campsite and there is no start time; it just needs to be cooked onsite and should be served on a dutch oven lid. Turn-in will be 4:00 P.M. Saturday and, after judging, the cheesecakes will be placed on the dessert table for dinner at 6:30.
